today is a huge day for open hardware. v1.0 of FreeCAD encompasses tremendous improvements across the board. if you haven't tried FreeCAD in a while, now is the perfect time to dive in. congrats to the team on such a huge effort coming to fruition!

just got my hands on a fiber laser! with some tuning i think this thing could be incredible for rapid prototyping pcbs.

made a working PCB on an SLA 3D printer! works pretty well, and i think with some tuning could be a really consistent method of making quick prototypes

so far, INSANE results with the fiber laser.

2-sided prototype PCBs. Real vias. One hour.
