Kicking international students out of the US during a global pandemic because their colleges are moving classes online for physical distancing hurts students. It’s senseless, cruel, and xenophobic. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security must drop this policy immediately. nbcnews.com/politics/immig…

We abhor the ICE decision related to F-1 visas. We remain committed to fully supporting the many Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health students who may be impacted by these changes. We are working quickly and in collaboration across Johns Hopkins University to understand, address and oppose the announced rules.

Thanks our school Johns Hopkins University and our department jhubiostat for all the support to fight against #StudentBan. The actions and voice are encouraging for international students.
