I am conflicted at the moment. One part of me hates social media where friends discard u as easy as turning a page. But then the Internet opens up so many avenues for learning and keeping updated with world events.

Been having a strange mental fight at the moment. Been working out which i love doing. But motivational for work ect is hard. Trying to be positive but the joy at the min is just not there

What a night 12 hours restless sleep.got a doctors appointment bad virus 3 to 5 days min. Bed sleep relax and drink lots .

This virus is kicking my ass. All I have done is cough and sleep and take medicine like a junkie. It's 3am here and I am on the sofa wide awake. Trying to sleep wish me luck
