Sharing #pallicovid experience of removing optiflow/NIV at #EOL: - It's different to patients with T2RF. - Prepare PRNS in advance. - More than you might need. - Give PRNS before removal. - Consider setting up a CSCI in advance. - Have a CSCI to hand. - Be generous with doses.
