Bye AWI Media, salve Unive Ca' Foscari! Yesterday was my last day at AWI, thanks to all the lovely people I have met and for the many possibilities over the last years🙃 When I have returned from the ice I will start a PostDoc investigating the RECAP ice core🤓

Loooooads of trouble today but we eventually managed to have another crew exchange🥳 time to reach bedrock🤞

Lucky to assist the team of the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS) in maintaining a weather station 1h north of EastGRIP Camp nice variation from working in the trench😀

First core after one week, no pressure at all😅

Last day at EastGRIP Camp. Slightly frustrating to miss the final meters after joining/leading the (literally) last three processing periods😛 However time to get out of camp and enjoy the unique tranquility of the polar regions😍
