This artifact is a yarn winder!🧶 This yarn winder was owned by a weaver that lived in Sherwood Park for 50 years. A yarn winder or “bobbin winder” would have been attached to the side of a table using a clamp and screw. The handle turned to wind the yarn onto a spool or bobbin!
