Fitness testing paper with consensus from experts in 50 countries. Which tests are most useful in assessing the physical fitness of kids aged 6-18? Co-author Katy Weston: “Physical fitness is a global issue, of equal importance in all nations" standardised assessments are needed.

What a week!Thank you Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology for the opportunity to speak alongside Dr. Jonathan Little Martin Gibala Hashim Islam & Prof Izumi Tabata at #CSEP2024. Undoubtedly one of the best & most surreal experiences of my career so far, made even better by my family being in attendance too.
