Q1: What makes you feel happy outside of school? #TLAP #TeachHappy

A1: Rescuing dogs, traveling and speaking, and spending time with my husband, our son, and our dogs make me the happiest.

Q2: What's the most stressful part of your job? #TLAP #TeachHappy

A2: When I worked in schools, the most stressful thing for me was trying to reach and teach the "challenging kids." I wanted so badly to help them and had no idea how to reach them through their trauma. Now, it's the time spent behind my desk. My projects feel like homework.🤣

A3: Current happiness level is a 10. My average before adopting and beginning to live out the happiness habits was about a 6.

A4: Yes, I do believe you can control your own happiness because the research proves it!
