Since 1980, the number of extreme weather events have increased. How can we know that this is linked to #ClimateChange?

The satellite imagery loop shows how wind direction at various levels of the atmosphere affects smoke movement. The low-level winds are moving the smoke plume towards the divide in NSW whereas up higher in the atmosphere, the winds are moving it out towards the Tasman Sea.
