Getting active can be done in various ways - Yorkshire Cancer Research is also funding the APPROACH RCT trial - exploring the effectiveness of a flexible, personalised, app-based intervention to encourage physical activity after cancer. We are open in 7 Yorkshire hospitals (soon to be 8)!

Really inspiring and pioneering thinking: Ranging everything from methodology, PA accumulation patterns, optimal movement patterns (sweet-spots), occupational PA, using EMA with wearables and the future of harmonised data 🗣️👩‍💻 too many to list them all! 📋

And most importantly, how we use this evidence in real world scenarios and the formation of guidelines - and what is needed from us as researchers 🏃⏱️
