Lots of book signing yesterday after talk New York Botanical Garden but this ebook was a first. #thewellgardenedmind 🌿
Created 50 years ago by opera singer Ganna Walska, Lotusland garden near Santa Barbara is supremely theatrical with tree ferns, cacti and aloes playing the starring roles. Loved visiting yesterday and last talk on my Garden Conservancy book tour is today at The Ebell of L.A.
A morning wandering in rain through the many different gardens The Huntington. The scale of the place and variety within is extraordinary. Especially loved the Japanese garden with the wonderful Red Earth sculpture by @litaalbuqsrudio in the bamboo grove.
Good to be home and to find such an abundance of Spring flowers in the garden. I had so many wonderful experiences when I was in the US. Huge thanks to #Gardenconservancy GC Open Days for organising such a great #thewellgardenedmind book tour.
