When concerns about threats of violence are so highly selective they essentially function as endorsements of threats of violence. None of the other stuff - the endless torrent of woman-hating - "counted"

If the Code is laid before Parliament it will be in the public domain. If it passes, it's not law. Courts and tribunals must have regard to it where appropriate, but are not bound by it. Only legislation and judgments are law. Without the Code, the law would still be the law.
