Just had one of my favourite parts of life, when choosing new glasses at opticians and they tell you every pair you like don’t suit you and might as well say “dear God who let *you* out of the house?!” 🤦🏼‍♀️😭😂

Snowy & icy visits today. A lot of parking the car further out & walking. A bit of slipping involved but thankfully not on to my backside (although a woman walking her dogs asked if I was ok 😰😂). Times like this I wish I had a student & we could keep each other vertical 😂❄️

It’s turning out to be a really busy day! But I am excited!

Half way through virtual clinic and I cannot believe how sedentary I am and therefore the aching in my hips and back! Even though I’m sitting in clinic anyway you’re still moving to welcome people in and out, perform palpation etc. WFH can be uncomfortable! 😰

Physically at clinic today but realised I’ve forgotten my laptop charger and am here all day 🤦🏼‍♀️ let’s hope it makes it through

Awaiting GP call from now til 10am to discuss results of my 24 hour ECG... and even though I feel like I have a rough idea of what will be said, I’m still trying to keep busy around the house because I’m the worst patient and nervous 😰😐

Been a glasses wearer for a full 2 days now, getting used to it. Hate the mask fog! 😰 a busy day in clinic today so cannot wait for a nice dinner and to have my feet up!

Booked an appointment for something and so their patient contact is minimal, got sent a questionnaire to fill in “Please tell us about your lifestyle, do you have any hobbies or interests?” 😰 “uhm.... I was very active before lockdown 😰👀” 😂
