And just like that 37 years of NHS service complete. I can’t quite believe it. Had so many amazing opportunities over the years and learnt from the very best. To all of my patients I hope I made your journey at little easier you certainly enriched mine, I salute you all 🥲💕💕

First day of retirement and where am I … 15 hours in AE that’s where with a poorly daughter .. and it feels somewhat broken. Staff are fabulous but 15 hours … and only just reviewed by a doctor 🥲😱
