This shows that for women the leaky pipeline continues even after getting tenure. If the academic system does not change, I don’t know how it will be sustainable. Academic jobs seem designed for individuals with a stay at home partner, intergenerational wealth, and workaholism 😒

Does anyone know of good literature on how scientists with disabilities are filtered out across the "academic pipeline"? #disabledinstem #DisabilityInclusion #disabilities

Any advice on how I'd go about looking for Bombus terrestris spring queens in agricultural landscapes? I need to catch 10-15 queens from reasonably farmed landscapes. Not sure what landscape features to prioritise, and what forage plants to seek out.
