Honoured to be a finalist for the #EurekaPrizes alongside the amazing Dr. Vanessa Pirotta and Prof. Euan Ritchie (@euanritchie.bsky.social) — and a huge thanks to all those who have supported my work in this area including the amazing @scimelb team.

The absolute joy of googling Rosemary Fowler now after her honorary DSc… University of Bristol — it’s the most incredible feeling to have helped make this happen with my article. nature.com/articles/d4158…

Congratulations to A/Prof A/Prof. Suzie Sheehy, finalist for the Australian Museum Celestino Eureka Prize! Sheehy’s research at our @unimelb node is an invaluable contribution to accelerator physics and beam dynamics. We wish her all the best at the awards ceremony. #EurekaPrize

It's an honour to receive the 2024 Australian Institute of Physics Physics Communication Award. I believe it's more important than ever that we share stories about physics, and I am so grateful to the MANY partners and organisations who have helped me do that.

Also huge congratulations to the winners of all the other prizes, esp. to my @unimelb Science at Melbourne colleague A/Prof. David Simpson for the Alan Walsh Medal, and also delighted to see Prof Jodie Bradby PhysicsANU has won the Women in Leadership Medal.

Congratulations to A/Prof. Suzie Sheehy and David Simpson, who received Australian Institute of Physics awards 🏆 Tap to learn more ➡️ unimelb.me/3TkYjP2

We're swapping one Aussie for another! Sadly, Matt Parker won't be at our show this weekend, but the wonderful A/Prof. Suzie Sheehy will be! She'll talk about Rosemary Fowler, a forgotten woman in the history of physics, and the journey to put her story in its rightful place in history
