My friends without water and electricity in Kyiv today. 🇷🇺 launched a massive missile & drone attack on 🇺🇦’s critical infrastructure — 450 drones, 30+ missiles. A child killed, 20+ injured, regions left without power. This is deliberate terror before winter. The world must act.
