Why do all new wave / cold wave / goth / whatever bands have to sing like that? Soooo many songs ruined by a guy singing way below his range and sounding like a fuckin lazy idiot

While I’m complaining about music bands u need to stop making your albums start with an extremely slow fade in from silence!!!! Very modern complaint but I can’t tell if it’s my phone sucking at playing music or if it’s just really fuckin quiet
