Kinder had a wonderful time on their field trip today at the San Antonio Zoo. Students were able to take their learning in the classroom and use it out in a real world! Our kiddos identified how animals depend on the environment to meet their basic needs for survival. Beardown 🐻

Ms. Gallegos’ class explored the difference between living and non-living organisms by comparing earthworms to gummy worms. They experience math by measuring the worms. Also students had the opportunity to observe and explore a turtle, mealworms, rolls pollies, and a white grub.
