We need to lobby ASPEN from every corner for this unique and important local anesthetic which is perfect for same day patients having surgery < 60 minutes

Don’t bother trying to apply to Health Canada through Special Access Program. Just wasted > 6 hours trying to convince them that Chloroprocaine useful in the light of COVID

Only indication in Health Canada’s mind for special access to Chloroprocaine is allergy to amide Anesthetics. Forget the argument related to fast offset time and OR efficiency

In fact don’t bother with Special Access program where non experts judge the merit of your case

Just asked Market place to do independent and public investigation. Shame in ASPEN which is based in South Africa
