A few years ago we were told that we were stuck in a doom loop of higher deficits, higher inflation and higher rates that would prevent the Fed from cutting into weakness. Cue the doom sequence of higher RPs, higher recessions risks, and depressed asset prices.

i wouldn't count on seeing hyperinflation if we disappear these low-paid workers (a sort of telling cynical take from both wall st & the left...because its like oh so you do admit illegal workers put downward wage pressure on US native worker pay?) but it doesn't make this smart
