Dad said not to cry when he was gone but to remember the laughter. This pic was the moment I caught him just as he was about to pour himself a double shot of wood floor cleaner. “Glad you spotted that,” he said, “I'd have killed myself… At least I'd have had a nice finish!”

A glimpse of Dad at his happiest. On the couch, sharing laughs and a song, with a glass of bourbon close by. Doesn't get much better than that. I really don't have anything of my Dad's but how blessed am I to have all these wonderful moments that pop up unexpectedly, now & again.

After hearing about my case against DCI Mason, serving officer CI Lizzie Jones came forward with her own awful experiences with him. Lizzie suspects that her complaint about him was "deliberately lost" before it could be used as evidence in my case. channel4.com/news/exclusive…

I can't help but wonder, how much did Met Police Commissioner's Rowley and Dick know about DCI James Mason's predatory behaviour? Were they covering up for him, their former Staff Officer?

There is no internet. No signal. No sound. No world beyond this cage. I walked thirty minutes through ruins and dust. Not in search of escape, but for a fragment of signal, just enough to whisper, “We are still alive.” Not because anyone is listening, but because to die unheard

When we fight we win ✊🏿thank you for standing up for women! Police can't keep women safe because police are the perpetrators.

💕Love & solidarity w/ Kristina O'Connor TARANTINA: ‘My experience has taught me that the police cannot be trusted with women’s safety.” Police misconduct panel found DCI Mason should be dismissed from Met police for sexual harassment of Kristina. bindmans.com/news-insights/…

Such an important thread by this inspirational woman. The mental strength it requires for Kristina to have fought this for half a decade is phenomenal. It’s been a privilege to be part of her fight for justice & accountability for police sexual harassment. Former DCI Mason

More Met Police officers are convicted of rape and assault each year than Palestine Action members are convicted of anything at all. Proscribe the Met.

Israel has announced they will be putting the people of Gaza into concentration camps. Meanwhile, Netanyahu has nominated Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize. This is where we are. Silence is complicity.

Tonight a Labour government voted to slash £2 billion from some of the poorest people in our society. They sip drinks at Mastercard HQ while disabled people are pushed to food banks. I know I speak for millions when I say: we won't take this anymore.
