TASCIT North Belfast’s latest “Challenging Conversations“ course group out on the road today, very interesting visits to Dungannon Thomas Clarke’s GAC Tyrone GAA and the Orange Heritage Museum in Loughgall, lots of lively discussions and learning more about our cultures and traditions.

▪️Great afternoon @ Denmark St. Community Centre in Lower Shankill covering Ulster’s illustrious and at times dark history with cross community group TASCIT North Belfast covering ‘The Flight of Earls’ in 1607 to the ‘Rise of the Belfast United Irishmen..and eventual Union of 1801.


▪️ Another dive into Irish History today, this time @ Teach Eilís @ Marrowbone in North Belfast with cross community group TASCIT North Belfast We started post-1798-AnGortaMór - 36th UlsterDivision, ended at #partition 1921. Went outside after and discovered fabulous history on gable walls!
