In 2023, TGF served more donor families than ever before. Our grief support program spanned across the nation and experienced tremendous growth. Over the next several days, we’re going to share highlights and statistics from our record breaking year.

Here's a snapshot of the demographics of the donor families utilizing our grief support program in 2023. 💙 The family members behind these statistics are extraordinary, and it's our mission to provide a community of support for each of them. 💙

Donor family members from 31 states participated in our grief support services during 2023. 💙 We love the visual of seeing a blue wave spread across the nation!

We partnered with NYU’s Center for Surgical and Transplant Applied Research (CSTAR) and our OPO partner, Infinite Legacy, to assess donor families’ grief experiences and to evaluate the impact of our Grief Support Program. 💜💙

Thanks to these 10 partners, donor families across the nation received critical grief support in 2023. 💙 In fact, these organizations provided 90% of our referrals. We're so thankful to link arms with them as they help us pursue our mission. 🙌
