Quick reminder that for small (<1cm) rectal NETs, endoscopic resection and surveillance is all that's required per National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines. (Personally, I find EUS useful for resection planning). I still see many referred pts undergoing unnecessary CT, PET scans etc = ⬆️cost ⬆️anxiety
