In this study, we show oligoTRAFTAC-mediated degradation of two oncogenic transcription factors: c-Myc and brachyury. Degradation of brachyury was achieved in both chordoma cell lines as well as in vivo zebrafish model. Congrats to Kusal Samarasinghe and the team!!!
