In this study, we show oligoTRAFTAC-mediated degradation of two oncogenic transcription factors: c-Myc and brachyury. Degradation of brachyury was achieved in both chordoma cell lines as well as in vivo zebrafish model. Congrats to Kusal Samarasinghe and the team!!!












First published chemical tool for depleting brachyury (TBXT) in cells is a major step forward in pursuing therapies against this target in chordoma and other cancers.
