Dismayed to see York Racecourse have cut down acres of wildflowers only days after I tweeted about how fantastic they looked. Why was this necessary? All that nature gone. We are in a Nature Crisis and need to do better than this. So sad. 😞


Jono Leadley York Racecourse Look at this post of theirs from a few hours. Seems the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Planting a green roof & mowing flowers at ground level! Would be worth a direct approach as biodiversity is clearly on their agenda
