Do you know what many of the highest-performing countries in education have in common? There is a strong emphasis on treating teachers with respect and providing them with support and recognition for their work. They prioritize the development and well-being of their teachers.

Pretty much every teacher has come to school when their sick because the lesson was not a good day to be sick. We've also called in sick to catch up on grading. ALL SICK DAYS SHOULD BE PERSONAL LEAVE DAYS. Also, the schedule should allow for teachers to do their job at school
