No-one enjoys working at the weekend, but it doesn't feel like work when a conference is that inspiring. Great day on the Exemplary Leadership Programme hearing from Tom Bennett OBE, Barry Smith, Paula Delaney, Sonia and Christine Counsell. Well worth the 3 hour drive!
Great to see what's happening under Darren Hollingsworth's leadership at Cromer Academy - certainly worth visiting for a culture where the values are lived. Thanks for the recommendation Barry Smith!

I'm sceptical about leadership conferences having attended a few over the years, but the Inspiring Heads course organised by @ActiveLearningT, Lynsey Holzer and Jeremy Rowe was brilliant. Inspirational but also grounded in actionable stuff AND sharing outside of their trust.
