We are the UHMB system support team. Our role includes supporting all our UHMB users with our Lorenzo and EMIS EPR. If you have any issues please log a call to the UHMB service desk. We also provide out of hours on call support. Please follow our twitter account for updates.

We had our DXC colleagues visit the RLI site today, looking at ways to improve our Lorenzo user experience. They were welcomed in both the outpatient and inpatient departments and are very impressed with the UHMB command centre Dr Colin Brown Rob ONeill Lee Coward #UHMBT

First of type RAS (Referral Assessment Service) testing between eRS (Electronic referral service) and our EPR’s. Without this extensive testing we would not be able to use the new service. We rely on working closely with other departments to ensure all scenarios are tested 😃
