Lovely evening to take a stroll with the dog at Gwithian after work. Nice to see some blue sky again finally. Glad I’m not in St Ives right now as that looks to be getting a soaking!!

Looking like the weather is finally playing ball as they’re under starters orders at the Western Area Ploughing Match at Sennen just off Lands End. Hoping the sun might even make an appearance dreckly!!🤞😎🚜

All prepped and ready to go at the Royal Cornwall Show Farm and Country Discovery Days where 100’s of primary school children from across Cornwall come and learn about farming, where their food comes from and how it’s grown. 🚜🥬🥦

Summer Cauliflower planting well on a beautiful Sunday morning. Made some great progress over the last few days as we attempt to get back on programme after such a late start.🥬🚜💨

Delighted to welcome the 2008 ACABM Farmers’ Alumni to sunny Cornwall yesterday & show them around some of our crops, beautiful scenery & the story behind Cornish brassica here at Riviera Produce. Great group with the visit organised by my old colleague and friend Longwool 🥦🥬🚜😎

On #BackBritishFarmingDay a reminder that farmers grow our crops in partnership with nature. Here we have planted companion crops alongside our Kale to encourage beneficial insects into our fields to reduce the use of pesticides.

Beautiful day for the Western Area Ploughing Match at St Levan, West Cornwall today. Some very tidy starts & excellent finishes across all the classes. The Produce show was very well supported & the sunshine brought plenty of spectators as well for a cracking day all round.
