I am a HUGE fan of this exact product right here — I have two cases of this in my pantry and pulled one out to take a picture of it for you 🙌🏼😁✨

You had me at small fish — doesn’t matter to me because I they’re all good! [ Just FYI here’s one of my rants from Satiety Per Calorie 😅 ]

Fair commentary, as usual, from Gil. This is as good a place as any for me to add some commentary from Satiety Per Calorie on the concepts of Possible vs Optimal and Validity vs Necessity.

Another heart-warming review of the Hava app, in the App Store:❤️ I’ve been using Hava for a few weeks now, and it’s truly transformed the way I approach food. The ‘Snap & Track’ feature is incredibly intuitive, just a quick photo of my meal, and I receive instant feedback on

That’s a great Ted ⚡️ Naiman hack to find foods with protein >40%, but this one is even simpler. Just scan the barcode with the HAVA app, and you can instantly see the exact protein percentage (and more!).

Most people radically over complicate resistance training. 😑 My routine? The same 4 moves (that you can do in your living room) for the past 15 years. 👊🏼 I break it down in SatietyPerCalorie.com 1️⃣ Upper body push 2️⃣ Upper body pull 3️⃣ Lower body push 4️⃣ Lower body pull

Kind protein bars are a joke. Pretty much any other protein bar is better. Use the Hava barcode scanner to check before you buy. Over 30% protein is the mininum I want to see (40% ideally) and Kind has less than half of that! I prefer Barebells personally (no affiliation).

🚨 Study of 5,790 older men (~74 y) found that low protein intake—regardless of source—was linked to higher all-cause mortality. 📉 Each 2.9% drop in protein (% of energy) = 9% ↑ risk of death. ⚠️ Cancer mortality especially elevated. 📄 DOI: 10.1007/s12603-020-1422-4

>57% of older men consumed less than the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of 0.8 g/kg/day. Those below RDA had 58% greater cancer mortality risk vs those ≥1.0 g/kg/day. 🔑 Take-home: Increase your protein intake in older age—it may be life-saving. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Love you bro but the first five are completely unnecessary, making this radically over-complicated. And the sixth one is the entire story. I fixed it for you:

Protein with PE strategy Interesting. I went 53 years without a vitamin D level, didn’t request the one I got last month, and now that I have one — still have zero f*cks to give. 😁
