This College GameDay playoff debate is great, proves a 12-team playoff is extremely compelling. However, the selection process is still flawed and will only be fair when P4 football teams break off and create a new league where they only play each other, SOS much more relevant.

The new league will create more marquis matchups, better TV, and all Power 4 teams will make more (much needed) revenue that they share w players. Schools will be in traditional/geographical divisions and can then schedule fun matchups out of division. Just a matter of time.

Oh, and I have no idea where Soto is going to sign but he sure did look good in pinstripes! New York Yankees
