It was an honour to celebrate the great work being done in Toronto District School Board to increase equity & access for all students pursuing post-secondary studies through their #AdvancedPlacement programming. Truly worthy of a national #DistrictOfHonour award. College Board #apcanada AP for Students

Wanted to try a new hotel in Toronto, so I tried Chelsea Hotel TO. Due to a communication error on their end, was charged in spite of cancelling. They refused to correct their mistake. #Sodisappointed #toronto Destination Toronto

So proud to be a Canadian educator! The world is speaking so highly of the amazing work being done in our classrooms! bbc.com/news/business-… So why again are we cutting billions of dollars from education systems that are the envy of the planet?

The health and safety of students and educators is our top priority. To support #AP communities that experience substantial disruption or school closures due to COVID-19, we’re providing flexible testing options and instructional supports for teachers: spr.ly/60171SU7V

Super helpful article from the Washington post. For all those visual learners, the graphical representations of the simulations were SUPER helpful! washingtonpost.com/graphics/2020/…

The AP Program is developing resources to help schools support student learning during closures, as well as a solution that would allow students to take AP Exams at home, depending on the situation in May. We'll communicate the details by March 20. More: spr.ly/60121srOe.

The health and safety of educators and students are the AP Program’s highest priorities. We considered canceling AP testing this year, but 91% of AP students surveyed asked we not. So we’ll invest heavily to provide optional online daily AP review classes and at-home AP testing.

The at-home AP Exams this year will not include any multiple-choice questions, only free-response questions adapted for secure testing at home. They will measure skills that can't be learned from Google or chats with friends. By April 3, we will post the specifics for each exam.

AP students took nearly 2.2 million AP Exams last week, and we’re so proud of every student who tested. However, some students had tech challenges submitting their responses. So we're providing an extra safeguard for students moving forward. spr.ly/6012G6Qvm

So very disappointed w/ UPPAbaby! We've been so happy with r UPPAbaby Vista. Unfortunately, a small but integral plastic part was damaged by r airline en route to COP27, UN ClimateConference UPPAbaby said they do not sell the part & would need to replace the entire frame (1/2)

Although our airline will cover all costs, it is tragic/ironic that @uppababy which makes products for babies, has practices that are creating a climate/planet less sustainable for their future. #waste #throwawayculture (2/2)
