At the Dec 13 bargaining session, Northwestern admin offered graduate workers a “status quo” stipend proposal. Let’s be clear—the “status quo” represents a pay cut from 2020 inflation-adjusted levels. And grad workers weren’t being paid fairly back in 2020 either! Fair wage now!
