To ensure worker safety during the construction of Lighthouse School Complexes (LSCs), a sensitisation on the Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM), safety equipment use, and health & safety was held at multiple LSC sites.

A one-day block-level community mobilisation and sensitisation programme for School Management Committees (SMCs) and School Management and Development Committees (SMDCs) was held across several EBRC blocks in Phek, Zunheboto, and Kohima districts on 17 March. (1/3)

Jointly organised by the Directorate of School Education (DoSE), Samagra Shiksha, and the NECTAR Project, the programme aims to strengthen the understanding of SMCs/SMDCs regarding their roles, responsibilities, and also inform them about the various initiatives underway. (2/3)

As part of the 'Exam Reforms' component under NECTAR, a three-day workshop on 'Strengthening School-Based Assessments' in collaboration with Nagaland Board of School Education, NBSE and assessment experts from Educational Initiatives (Ei) began on 18 March at ATI, Kohima.
