Every summer solstice, SBSM joins forces with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine to spread awareness and education about chronic insomnia. Insomnia Awareness Night, sponsored by the SBSM and American Academy of Sleep Medicine, will take place during the summer and includes joint social media activities.

This summer, Insomnia Awareness Night took place on the shortest night of the year, June 21st, and featured a Reddit “Ask Me Anything” event with AASM President Jennifer L. Martin, PhD and Instagram Live discussion with @holisticsleepmd and Sarah Silverman PsyD | Holistic Sleep Specialist
