Also, tomorrow, we will take time on Good Morning AMS to honor Patriot Day, the day each year set aside to honor the heroes and memorialize those lost in the September 11, 2001 tragedy. Let's wear red, white, and blue. #AMSrocks

Today we remember the employees, neighbors, friends, children, moms, dads, wives, husbands and all of those who we lost on September 11, 2001. Thank you first responders. May we never forget.

AMS families: Take a look at the following: 1. Reminder that we are IN school tomorrow (Thursday) but NO school on Friday.

2. Looking to make a change from virtual to in-person? Now's the time to let us know. Give us a call or email us so that we can be prepared. The typical wait time is a week, but if you let us know today or tomorrow, we can get you started on Monday. We'd LOVE to see you!

3. Reminder if you are listed as in-person and miss school, you are marked absent. Let's make sure all of our absences are excused with a doctor's note or parent note.

ESS begins today! ESS will be from 5:30 to 6:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be virtual. ESS will be very similar to the help sessions that we had while we were all virtual.

There will be an ESS link in the Quick links of our Ashland Middle School Webpage that student can click on and see a meet link. We will have math/science help on Tuesdays and ELA/Social Studies help on Thursdays. This is a great opportunity for students struggling in an area.

AMS Families: PICTURE DAY THIS WEDNESDAY! In-person learners will be during the school day. Virtual Learners: Here's your plan- You may come between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm in our cafeteria.

Please know regardless of whether you park on the Kansas Street side or the Blackburn Side, you will use the EXTERIOR CAFETERIA DOORS (where the blue picnic tables are). We'll take your temp. and screen you when you get here. These are the pics we use for the yearbook.

The end of the 1st nine weeks is next Tuesday, October 27th. Report cards will be mailed home (You should receive them by November 4th). Please check Infinite Campus and/or with your teacher for your current grades.

Let's make sure all of our assignments are complete and turned-in. Also, we have two ESS sessions this week (Tues/Thur). Make sure you take advantage if you need it.
