Better direction on listing food allergies or restrictions The question of Special Needs is part of the registration process. In the 2025 Conference registration, we will ask more specific questions regarding Special needs a person may have. IE: Food allergies, Dietary needs.

Program: Need better detail in session descriptions When a session is submitted to the S&Ps, the presenter lists the description for the session.

Mobile App: Some lectures fit into multiple discipline categories, is it possible to list multiple categories in the app? Currently, we are unable to add multiple discipline categories to sessions; we are working with our software provider, but unknown when it will be available.

The IAI Certification Programs Achieve a Significant Milestone -The IAI-Forensic Certification Management Board was granted Accreditation by the International Certification Accreditation Council. IAI Certification Programs meet or exceed international professional standards

Educational program limited time available for visiting Exhibitors. Schedule more downtime to visit the exhibit hall. There are times set aside for exhibitor interaction, including two receptions and all breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please also check the exhibit hall times.

Please consider Smoke Free properties in the future. Cigarette Smoke was invasive. This was a bigger issue than anticipated in 2024, and we apologize to those adversely affected

Can Social Events and workshops be added to “My Schedule”, even if not registered for them? Modifications are pending for 2025 Please do notifications of contest winners We will send a push notification on the mobile app after the Photo Contest and Poster Contest.

Certificates and Badges Would prefer individual workshop certificates in a more professional format. We used a new program for Certificates for Conference 2024. We will take feedback to our software provider to improve the certificates.

Name and Agency on badges need to be larger and more readable We strive to put as much information as we can on the badge. Currently, some badges have more information than others: Country flag, speaker/presenter, Student, etc. We will work to make the name and Agency larger.

The IAI, with the Division Interaction and Affairs Committee, will host another 5K race/walk in Orlando! This year, it will be held on Tuesday, August 12, at 0630. Registration will be online through the IAI website.

Food and Beverage / Social Functions: Wine and Cheese / Beer and Pretzels are getting old. Time to try something different The Conference team has been working on this are currently investigating new food and beverages to offer. Watch the 2025 program for new developments

Please bring back snacks in morning and afternoon breaks In an effort to keep Conference costs low for everyone we currently do not offer snacks at breaks. The team will continue to look into this idea and seek resources.
