Super excited about my performance today! I took first in shot put with a throw of 35’ 7” and won discus as well with a throw of 130’ 10”, while also dealing with crazy wind throughout the competition! Overall very proud of myself and all the other athletes! #rolljags AshwaubenonXC&TRK

Shot put has been a little up and down while transitioning to rotational mid-season and throwing wheels in most meets but it's coming together for Thea Kral and AshwaubenonXC&TRK teammates down the stretch. 40'6.75" PR here first time spinning in a meet.

A little update for ya’ll: at today’s regional meet I took first place in the shotput with a throw of 40’ 9” and achieved a massive personal goal and hit 152’7” in disc. There’s still lots to improve on, but I’m proud of where I am. Congrats to everyone advancing to sectionals!

A little rough here and there, but I pulled it together and took 2nd in disc and 4th in shot to move on to Sectionals. I threw 129’10” for disc and 36’9” for shot. Can’t wait for Thursday!! AshwaubenonXC&TRK #rolljags #regionals

Sectionals may be the most nerve wracking day for any track coach! Great thing is we have great kids that push through. Wanna start with Thea Kral who will make her third straight trip down to state after winning the shot and discus last night.
