The most exciting day of the year - spring turnout! As ever, there was lots of excitement from the cows and calves - with a little bit of hesitation from the youngest. That's not surprising though because some of them are only a week old.

It's been a long wait, but that's Rainton Tomme finally back in stock on our website. It's also included in various mixed bundles. One of our most popular cheeses, Rainton Tomme is mellow and golden with a sweet, grassy and nutty flavour and it’s made with vegetarian rennet.

The last of our spring calves, has arrived safely. They’ll spend a few days indoors to give them quiet time together to bond, and for suckling to be well established, before they join the rest of the cows and calves out on pasture.
