A study by Peterson Institute for International Economics found that firms with up to 30% of women in leadership positions achieved around a 15% increase in profitability. Though the study is a bit dated, it is only timely that MFs focus on investing in #women-led companies.

It posits that many organisations indicate management commitment to gender parity, but little is being done to improve the women-to-men participation ratio within these organisations.
