Older music (especially jazz) has something spiritually and energetically different and nourishing that modern music can't come close to replicating. The frequency is different. Music can often be a reflection of the state of society.

Early am run that extends into the sunrise is a treasure I took for granted way too long. Put the “health benefits” aside, it’s just a peaceful and mentally soothing time.

Sometimes it’s the smallest of things that bring the most joy such as finding a salsa version of Michael Jackson’s ‘I can’t help it’. On a random note, I think the majority of men would benefit from learning salsa and other Latin dances.
