Yesterday marked the beginning of a significant milestone in eye health in Uganda, as teams from Lira Regional Referral Hospital and Ruharo Mission Hospital convened for a collaborative 2 days training on the deployment and use of the state-of-the-art Pristine Fundus Camera 5.0

The LRRH team was led by Dr. Shamiim Namwase & Ruharo Mission Hospital team led by Dr.Pius Mwanja. The training was held at Lira RRH & supported by Seva foundation. The sessions were facilitated by Dr. Tamara a vitreo-retinal surgeon from Malawi Ministry of Health- Uganda Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero
