Always look for flowvoids on T2-weighed images, especially in seizure patients. Seizures are the presenting symptom in about 25% of brain AVMs. Small cortical AVM that was picked up on T2, and confirmed with TOF. #MedEd #FOAMed #RADed #FOAMrad #radres #neurorad #neuroradiology
