Clean Up Britain J.K. Rowling We pick up a huge amount of litter at our successful Pick n Chips community events. Over 8 tonnes to date. You dont see people littering, particularly in rural locations, so hard to see how fines would work. It's complex, not one dimensional. We have ideas & are happy to share.
