It was a mad sprint after a two year marathon with Ryan Wick Kelly Wyres and @DrKatHolt, but very pleased to round out 2020 with our preprint describing Kleborate, a #genomesurveillance tool for #Klebsiella, plus some interesting insights from 13k+ genomes. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

BIGSdb version 1.41.3 released. This introduces a new plugin wrapper for #Kleborate (Theycallmemaggie, Ryan Wick, Kelly Wyres, @DrKatHolt), allowing these analyses to be run against Klebsiella assemblies stored within a BIGSdb database. Release notes at github.com/kjolley/BIGSdb….
