Had the privilege of speaking with young people from across the country today about engaging with journalists to offer a voice of reason on Islam. In times of misconceptions, it's crucial they have the confidence & skills to share the true teachings of their faith.

Today, I chatted to some 14-16 year olds about staying safe online & the dangers of misinformation. We explored fake news, like the Pentagon attack hoax, and discussed real-world impacts like the bleach myth during COVID and how misinformation fueled the 2024 London riots.

It was great speaking to Leah Boleto today on Sky News about the rise in Islamophobia and antisemitism since October 7th and post London riots after the Southport attack.

#groomingangs has nothing to do with Islam. It really upsets me that we cherry pick certain stories to further demonise Muslims. The media doesn’t do it to any other religion.

Honored to be part of ITV London diversity panel! Grateful for the time & effort they put into making these discussions happen. Diverse representation in the workplace helps us learn about others’ lived experiences and challenges. Looking forward to more initiatives like this!

Had a great time speaking with ITV about the significance of Ramadan and the incredible activities we have planned at Britain’s largest mosque. A truly blessed month of spirituality, community, and giving. #Ramadan

When 3 faith leaders meet in a synagogue ā¬‡ļø It was lovely visiting this synagogue for iftar and talking to BBC London about the importance of these interfaith events. Building bridges through dialogue and understanding is more important now than ever before. #RamadanMubarak

This is their standard of 'justice', that either the Palestinians migrate or they die. Zvika Fogel (Kenesset member) is openly calling for humanitarian aid to be completely stopped in Gaza.

Heartbreaking. A people who once faced extermination and were forced into camps are now forcing innocent Gazans into the same nightmare. How have we learned nothing from history?
