What a fantastic day for our "Wellness Walk". Superb turn out and effort by all who joined us on such a beautiful day 🌞Thank you to everyone involved and everyone who attended This is what it's all about connection, support, laughter and love 💜 keep going you lovely people 💪💜

This week we are Wednesday - 6-8pm drop in at Recovery Hub Thursday - 11am - polytunnel 2pm - Gym Friday - 10am - 12pm am drop in at Recovery Hub. 💜 Last week we were making the most of our kitchen and "cooking on a budget" full bellys and happy faces 😁

The inclusive Health van will also be here on Wednesday parked in the community centre. This will help with health checks, talks on harm reduction, bbv, hep c testing and loads more. This is amazing to have come to the village. It is strictly confidential!☺️
