PLEASE SHARE! The conclave to elect the next Pope starts on Wednesday, so tomorrow (Tuesday May 6 at 7 pm) our diocese will be celebrating special masses to pray for the Cardinals as they undertake this important work.

First ballot is done. No Pope today, but truth be told no one expected that to happen. 4 more ballots tomorrow, so keep your eyes on that chimney!

I'm in Ottawa for a gathering of the Cdn Council Churches, but I made sure to take some time before the meetings began to visit my mom. She was having breakfast before getting ready to go to Mass in the chapel of the home where she lives.
